Live Events First Post

Flynn, Live Stream Event Plan

Deadline date for two live events: 30th of November.

The venues that our band will play at and management: Riff Factory in Fenton (lives stream rehearsal)

-We will have to pay the rehearsal costs for both of the live streams and that will be £40 for 6 hours. (this is over the course of two days), that will be no issue since its only £8 for each member over the two days)

-What type of event: our band will be putting on a live stream at the riff factory and we wi'll put on bands like The Torch, Release, Caleb's Dad and ourselves (Flynn, Oli, Aaron, Caleb and Sam). We will have two separate live streams with two bands or more on each, we don't know if the live stream will be private or public yet but a link will be sent out to our close friends and family if it is private (will be discussed in next meeting). Between the two live streams we split the group up to manage so Caleb and Sam would do one and then Me, Oli and Aaron would do the other. Each one of use will help in each live stream whether its packing the equipment down or helping with mixing. The Date for the events is not confirmed yet but it will be defiantly be before 30th of november, we will discuss this in the next meeting. Equipment like Amplifiers, Mics, A Computer, Cameras, Cables, A PA and a Mixing Desk will be used and provided at the Riff Factory in the studio. No lighting equipment will be needed.

-If the live stream is public we will create a poster just giving information about the live stream (also a post on social media), if its private then no marketing or promotion will be done.

-Staffing is provided at the Riff factory, Ant and our band will provide assistance and problem solving.

-Our next meeting will on the 4/11/15 and we will discuss management roles, communication, specific roles, contacts and a time and date will be discussed in the meeting. Our lead spokes person in the group is Sam and our note taker and time keeper is Aaron.
