Following up from the success of Tuesday, me (Flynn), Oli and Aaron had the job of managing Wednesdays event. Release, Gavin Allport and the college band successfully performed on Tuesday so that left The Torch to perform on Wednesday. The Torch consists of three members, Aaron, Owen and Dan. On the night of Wednesdays live event, their was a difficulty with the drummer (Dan) arriving at the event due to band complications. We didn't consider this as a problem because Oli was present at the event and he's a skilful drummer. We all suggested that Oli could be the backup drummer for the event and it actually worked out perfectly. The Torch was the only band that performed that night as we performed the previous night and they were the only band scheduled to perform. Me, Oli, Aaron and Owen were the only people present for the night, Caleb and Sam weren't able to attend the stream because of transport issues. However, Sam did contribute finically by handing us £5 to give to Ant for the 3 hour session which was much appreciated by the band and it helped a lot. Sam's and Caleb's absence did not stop us from working as a team or gaining evidence for each other. We were more than happy of taking photos and videos of others contribution toward the event.
Our roles for the event included a number of things, we all covered different and sometimes similar jobs and we did them well. My main contribution and managing role included setting up mics, micing up amps, gaining evidence of myself/others and plugging in instruments. Ant gave us the strands, the mics, placed the small mixing desk and then left the rest to us.

Health and safety was maintained at a high level because of the amount of electrical equipment around us. Drinks were kept in bags or away from amplifiers and mics to prevent the risk of damaging anything. The leads for the mics and amplifiers could of been placed out of the way more but no accidents happened.All of the amplifiers were at an appropriate level so their was no risk of damaging our ears. The health and safety overall was very good as no accidents happened and we were all in a safe environment.
